Local Authority Planning
It can be complicated working with planning departments especially when you want to do try something for which precedence has not yet been set. We have experience of dealing with planning departments at all levels and have access to town and country planner with vast experience of dealing with the most complicated of planning situations.

Building Control
Whether your scheme is going through permitted development or full planning, if you are changing the structural integrity of your build, you must obtain Building Control Approval.
We have seen many mistakes made at this phase of a project, where drawings and documents do not have the required level of detail to be able to build to a specific specification.
We will provide a full set of drawings detailing the requirements under the Building Control Act along with method statements and full building notes. This will include full structural engineering calculations and technical notes that will accompany the building control application for sign-off prior to the commencement of works.
